Description:
The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers that provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies, in addition to educating individuals about health. The Rice Chapter will provide Red Cross services to the local community and students on campus, recognizing fundamental principles of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality.
